Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Prufiva app and website ("Prufiva", "we"), operated by Berkay Kırmızıoğlu (Istanbul, Türkiye). By creating an account or using Prufiva you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Prufiva does

Prufiva turns walkthrough videos of your home into inventories and official, timestamped reports for insurance, moving and handover purposes. AI-generated items and values are estimates you review and confirm — you are responsible for checking your reports before relying on them. Prufiva reports are sealed evidence of what you filmed and when; whether a report satisfies an insurer, landlord or court is outside our control, and Prufiva is not legal advice.

Your account

You can start without an account; your records live on a device account until you add an email and password (or sign in with Apple). Keep your credentials safe — actions taken through your account are yours. You must be at least 13 years old to agree to these terms. The App Store's 4+ rating describes the app's content, not the age needed to enter a contract with us.

Report Credits and payment

Filming your first room and manual entry are free. A Report Credit (one-time purchase through Apple) unlocks filming your entire home for a documentation cycle and one official report; creating the report spends the credit after an explicit confirmation. Filming within a cycle is subject to a generous fair-use limit shown in the app — sized so that documenting a real home never hits it. Countersigning and re-downloading a report stay free. Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds follow Apple's process (reportaproblem.apple.com). A refunded credit is removed from your balance.

Your content

Your videos, photos and reports are yours. You give us permission to process them exactly as far as the service requires — storage, AI analysis, sealing and report generation. Film only spaces and belongings you are entitled to document, and get the other party's agreement where the situation requires it (for example a shared or rented home).

Acceptable use

Do not use Prufiva to create misleading evidence, to infringe others' privacy or rights, or to interfere with the service (including probing or overloading our infrastructure). We may suspend accounts used this way.

Disclaimers and liability

Prufiva is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending things

You can delete your account (and its data) in the app at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by nature survive (content ownership, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.

Changes

When we make a material change to these terms or to the Privacy Policy, we ask you to accept the new version inside the app before you carry on using it, and we record when you did. Minor corrections that do not affect your rights are published here with a new effective date.
