One Report Credit (9.99$, one-time purchase) unlocks filming your entire home while you document, and one official, sealed report. A generous fair-use limit applies — documenting a real home never hits it. Creating the report is what spends the credit — you'll always see a confirmation before that happens.

Film your first room (a short clip — currently up to 20 seconds — with AI analysis included), and add as many rooms and items by hand as you like. Your videos are sealed and timestamped either way.

Every official report carries a unique document number and a QR code. Scanning the code opens a verification page showing the sealed record — upload dates and SHA-256 fingerprints. You can also check a PDF file against the record right on that page: if a single byte was changed, the check fails.

Share the signing link with the other party. They verify their email address with a one-time code, draw their signature on their own device, and the signed page is added to the report — which is then re-sealed. No phone number is ever asked for. It's included with the credit that produced the report.

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through them: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple account, and request a refund for the purchase. If something went wrong on our side — for example a credit that never arrived — email us and we'll make it right.

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account, videos, reports, and personal data. If you can't access the app anymore, email us from the address on your account and we'll handle it.

Yes. Your videos and reports are visible only to your account, stored encrypted in the EU, and never used for advertising. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
